This too, is a common occurance at my house! <br />I would like to share something that helps me deal with stress especially when it comes to the projects and mishaps around the house. You must always remember that whatever breaks or falls apart can always be replaced or repaired eventually. It may not be on your timeframe, but these are just material things. Nothing to frett over. With my kids, I have learned that the vase that breaks can easily be glued and that cups and plates easily break when in contact with granite. I have learned it is easier to throw these things away and not worry about it or even get upset about it. When I had my third child the doctor gave me some great advice. Someone will always be wanting something, but they can always wait. Best advice ever. Turns out that they either wait, get it themselves, or decide that they didn't want it by the time I can get to it. You will always have a list of things you need to do, but make sure it includes some of the things that you want and enjoy doing, too! Glad you are home! Love you!Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01096671623932653020noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6192349580273844182.post-80347777617433809002010-05-25T14:55:50.868-04:002010-05-25T14:55:50.868-04:00I had to smile when I read this. It sounds like that has continued even into your retirement years. I hope your strategies to relax will be successful. I'll be praying to that end.Susan Garlandhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11448999199892142285noreply@blogger.com
